3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer:
More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund.
Within 48 hours: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.
Cancellation by Top Tier Tours: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
4. Changes and Amendments
Changes by Customer: Requests to change or amend bookings should be made as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Changes by Top Tier Tours: We reserve the right to make changes to tour itineraries, schedules, and prices. Any changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
5. Responsibilities
Travel Requirements: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they meet all travel requirements, including visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance.
Personal Belongings: Top Tier Tours is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings during the tour.
